Kelly Horan Named President of IAE International Aero Engines AG
Horan was recently appointed vice president of V2500 programs earlier this year, concurrently holding both positions.

Kelly Horan will oversee the integrated program structure aimed at supporting the IAE V2500 program, ensuring the fulfillment of financial, business, technical, customer, and partner commitments.

Kelly Horan has been appointed as the president of IAE International Aero Engines AG (IAE), a multinational consortium consisting of shareholders including RTX’s Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Aero Engines International GmbH, Japanese Aero Engines Corporation, and MTU Aero Engines AG. Horan assumes the role following Kim Kinsley, who has served as president since June 2023.

As president, Kelly Horan will oversee the integrated program structure aimed at supporting the IAE V2500 program, ensuring the fulfillment of financial, business, technical, customer, and partner commitments. With over 25 years of experience in engineering, supply chain management, and commercial aftermarket sectors, she brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Previously serving as vice president of Aftermarket, Mature Commercial Engines at Pratt & Whitney, Horan was recently appointed vice president of V2500 programs earlier this year, concurrently holding both positions.

Kinsley Kimberly, Vice President of Mature Commercial Engines at Pratt & Whitney, will become chairperson of the IAE board of directors and continue serving in her previous role as vice president, a position she has held since January 2024. She will continue to develop strategies and execution plans to support customers, extend product life, and maximize the value realized from the business’ mature commercial engines portfolio.
