Jeh Aerospace, an aerospace and defence manufacturing startup from India recently inaugurated its manufacturing hub, with a capacity extension of 160,000 square feet in Hyderabad. This inauguration came on the backdrop of the company securing USD 2.75 million seed funding from General Catalyst through a strategic partnership.
In addition to General Catalyst’s investment, the seed funding round for Jeh Aerospace also saw participation from industry veterans. Notably, Airbus India’s former CEO and MD, Dwarakanath Srinivasan, and the former president of Boeing India, Pratyush Kumar, contributed as angel investors.
Jeh Aerospace is co-founded by Tata Boeing Aerospace ex-Chief Operating Officer Vishal R Sanghavi and Venkatesh Mudragalla, ex-senior executive at Tata Sikorsky Aerospace Ltd, Jeh Aerospace offers manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain management solutions to the global aerospace and defense industry at all tiers, from OEMs to tooling manufacturers.
