JCB Aero completes ACJ maintenance project

JCB Aero has successfully completed a scheduled maintenance project on an Airbus Corporate Jet (ACJ), further strengthening its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities for the business aviation sector.

The project involved a comprehensive maintenance package designed to ensure the aircraft met all operational, safety and airworthiness requirements before returning to service. In addition to routine scheduled inspections, the maintenance team carried out a range of specialised technical tasks aimed at enhancing aircraft reliability while minimising downtime.

As part of the maintenance programme, JCB Aero performed detailed structural and systems inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), engine borescope inspections, and component replacements wherever required. These activities enabled the company to verify the aircraft’s technical condition and ensure continued operational performance in accordance with regulatory standards.

The maintenance work forms part of JCB Aero’s expanding portfolio of MRO services for Airbus Corporate Jet operators. The company is increasingly positioning itself as a one-stop solution for business aviation customers by combining scheduled maintenance with cabin refurbishment, interior modifications, engineering support and upgrade services during a single maintenance visit.

By integrating multiple services into one maintenance event, operators can reduce aircraft downtime, improve maintenance planning and accelerate return-to-service timelines while avoiding multiple visits to different service providers.

Operating from its facilities in Auch, France, JCB Aero is capable of accommodating multiple aircraft simultaneously, offering comprehensive support for both aircraft maintenance and cabin completion projects. This integrated approach allows customers to combine technical maintenance with interior modernisation programmes, helping maximise aircraft availability and operational efficiency.
