Honda Aircraft Company has delivered the first HondaJet Elite II in Brazil, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion across South America’s business aviation market.
The delivery follows type validation of the HondaJet Elite II by Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), confirming that the aircraft meets the country’s safety and performance standards and is now approved for registration and operation in Brazil.
The aircraft will continue to be marketed in the country through Lider Aviação, Honda Aircraft’s exclusive authorised sales representative in Brazil.
The HondaJet Elite II is the latest evolution of the HondaJet platform, offering enhanced performance, greater range and advanced automation features. The aircraft has a maximum NBAA IFR range of 1,547 nautical miles, supported by increased fuel capacity and other performance enhancements that enable more direct city-pair connections across South America.
Among its new technologies is an autothrottle system that automatically manages engine power to maintain the selected speed, reducing pilot workload while enhancing passenger comfort.

The company is the largest private aviation business in Latin America and operates 22 fixed-base operations (FBOs) across the country. Including the latest delivery, Lider Aviação has facilitated a total of nine HondaJet deliveries in Brazil since 2017.
