Hayward & Green Partners with NHV to expand helicopter component support

Hayward & Green (H&G), a specialist supplier of aircraft rotable components, has entered into a new partnership with Belgium-based helicopter services provider NHV Group to expand the availability of serviceable and new components for helicopter operators worldwide.

Under the agreement, H&G will hold a substantial inventory of new and serviceable components for Airbus AS365 and AS332 helicopter platforms, as well as the MD900, on consignment from NHV.

The partnership will allow H&G to make NHV’s existing component inventory available to a broader global customer base, including search and rescue (SAR), public-service and private helicopter operators. At the same time, the arrangement will enable NHV to generate additional value from its existing stock.

H&G’s Rotary Programme Manager, Elio Sicheri, will support maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers and operators with component enquiries and requirements associated with the covered helicopter platforms.

The partnership adds to H&G’s existing consignment arrangements with Bristow Helicopters and Ontic, as well as its worldwide channel partner relationship with Ametek MRO. H&G said it expects the cooperation with NHV to potentially expand to additional helicopter platforms in the future.

Jeremy Green, CEO of Hayward & Green, said the agreement combines H&G’s sales reach and expertise in rotable components with NHV’s existing inventory, helping make parts more accessible to operators across international markets.

Sicheri said the company will work closely with NHV to support helicopter operators and MRO organisations with their component requirements.

For NHV, the agreement forms part of its broader approach to managing its assets and creating additional value from inventory across its business. NHV CEO Lars-Henrik Thorngreen said H&G’s specialist knowledge and international reach made it a suitable partner for bringing the company’s inventory to operators worldwide.

The partnership is expected to strengthen aftermarket support for the AS365, AS332 and MD900 fleets by improving access to components and providing operators with an additional channel for sourcing serviceable parts.

For the helicopter MRO sector, the arrangement highlights the growing role of consignment and aftermarket partnerships in improving component availability, extending the value of existing inventories and supporting the continued operation of established rotorcraft platforms.
