Haven MRO expands network with acquisition of Green Bay maintenance facility

Haven MRO, a division of Haven Aviation Services Group (ASG), has expanded its maintenance network through the acquisition of an existing aircraft maintenance facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin, strengthening the company’s presence in the Upper Midwest and broadening its support capabilities for regional operators.

The acquisition marks another step in Haven MRO’s ongoing growth strategy as the company continues to build a nationwide maintenance footprint and enhance service accessibility for customers across key aviation markets.

According to Haven ASG, the newly acquired facility is already operational and will be fully integrated into the company’s existing MRO network. The site will provide maintenance support for a range of light and medium business jets as well as turboprop aircraft, further expanding Haven’s ability to serve corporate, charter, and regional aviation customers.

“This acquisition represents another major step forward in our mission to deliver exceptional aircraft maintenance services across the country,” said Marc Bennett, Chief Revenue Officer of Haven ASG. “We’re equally excited about welcoming new team members from the Green Bay area into the Haven team.”

The expansion also reflects the growing demand for regional maintenance capacity as operators increasingly seek localized support to minimize aircraft downtime and improve operational flexibility.

Travis Lamance, Chief Executive Officer of Haven ASG, said the Green Bay facility aligns with the company’s long-term growth objectives and commitment to investing in maintenance capabilities and workforce development.

“Green Bay is the right next step for our growing network,” Lamance said. “We’re investing in people, infrastructure and capability because that’s what it takes to support our customers at the highest level. We are proud to continue building a culture of excellence in every location we serve.”

The facility will operate from Avflight’s Green Bay location, creating a collaboration that combines Haven MRO’s maintenance expertise with Avflight’s established fixed-base operator (FBO) services. The partnership is expected to provide customers with an integrated service offering encompassing both aircraft maintenance and ground support requirements.

Haven MRO indicated that additional infrastructure investments and service enhancements are planned for the Green Bay site as part of its ongoing development strategy. The company expects the expansion to strengthen its maintenance capabilities while improving support coverage for operators throughout the Upper Midwest region.

The acquisition highlights a broader trend within the MRO sector, where providers are expanding regional service networks to address growing fleet activity, improve customer proximity, and create additional maintenance capacity in strategically important markets.
