Global Knafaim Leasing has completed the transition of an Airbus A330-300 from Sunclass Airlines to a new European lessee, according to a filing by Knafaim Holdings.
The 2000-built widebody was returned by Sunclass Airlines on August 26, 2026, marking the end of its existing lease agreement. Global Knafaim Leasing subsequently completed a follow-on lease and delivered the aircraft to its new customer.
The new lessee is a European company that has not previously leased an aircraft from Global Knafaim Leasing. The company was not identified in the filing.
Under the aircraft ownership structure, Global Knafaim Leasing owns the A330-300 airframe, while an affiliate of Rolls-Royce retains ownership rights to the aircraft’s engines. The two parties jointly lease the aircraft and have amended their existing agreements to accommodate the new lease.
