flyExclusive appoints Brian P. Reid as CCO

Industry veteran Brian P. Reid has joined flyExclusive as Chief Commercial Officer, with Reid taking responsibility for the company’s commercial operations across Jet Club, Fractional and Retail Charter, as well as marketing, fleet development and member services.

In his new role, Reid will focus on accelerating revenue growth, enhancing the customer experience and strengthening alignment across sales, marketing, pricing, membership and strategic partnerships.

Reid brings more than 30 years of experience spanning private aviation, financial services, luxury real estate, consumer engagement technology and professional sports. His career includes leadership of large sales organisations, revenue strategy development and strategic partnership programmes targeting high-net-worth customers.

Before joining flyExclusive, Reid served as Executive Vice President at a major membership-based private aviation platform, where he led enterprise sales growth and developed partnerships with companies and brands including American Express, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Pinehurst Resort, Sea Island Club and Costco.

He subsequently served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Thomas James Homes and most recently held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at a private aviation marketplace, where he was responsible for revenue-generating functions and contributed to growth in charter bookings.

Jim Segrave, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, flyExclusive, said Reid’s private aviation experience and track record in scaling revenue will help the company reach more customers and build on its existing momentum.

Reid said flyExclusive’s vertically integrated operating model and established platform were key factors in his decision to join the company, adding that his focus will be on strengthening the commercial side of the business and helping more customers understand the company’s offering.

Reid’s mandate will include growing flyExclusive’s recurring, deposit-backed revenue base across its Jet Club and Fractional Ownership programmes, increasing flying activity among existing customers and expanding partnership and referral channels.

The appointment comes as flyExclusive reports continued financial and operational momentum. For the second quarter of 2026, the company reported record revenue of $111.1 million, representing a 22% year-on-year increase. Adjusted EBITDA reached $4.2 million, an improvement of $9.4 million compared with the same period last year.

Gross margin increased by more than 500 basis points to 20.4%, while flight hours rose 8% despite the company operating a fleet that was 6% smaller year over year.

flyExclusive has guided for Adjusted EBITDA of $5 million–$7 million for the third quarter of 2026.

The company operates a vertically integrated private aviation platform, with in-house maintenance, refurbishment and avionics capabilities through its MRO facilities in Kinston, North Carolina. Its business spans fractional ownership, Jet Club membership and on-demand charter services.

With Reid now leading the commercial organisation, flyExclusive is looking to translate its operational performance into further customer acquisition, recurring revenue growth and expansion across its private aviation business.
