FL Technics opens new line maintenance station in Batumi International Airport

FL Technics, a global provider of one-stop-shop aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services announced the opening of a new line maintenance station at Batumi International Airport (BUS), Georgia. With the opening of the third location, FL Technics now has ground presence in all of Georgia’s international airports.

The new line maintenance station is equipped to service Airbus A320 and Boeing 737NGaircraft types. However, the geographical location of the station makes it convenient for airlines from surrounding regions, mainly, the Middle East and especially during the summer season.

“The strong presence in airports of Georgia puts us in a great position to serve FL Technics’ most important clients from neighboring countries as well as the Middle Eastern carriers, which are showing increasing interest in the country for connecting routes. FL Technics’ sales force is continuously working on leads from the region and we are looking forward to providing our renowned 24/7 scheduled and AOG line maintenance support to our existing and new customers,” comments Karolis Statkus, head of Line Maintenance Department at FL Technics.
