FDH Aero becomes global authorised distributor for PennAero’s Aerospace fastener portfolio

FDH Aero has expanded its aerospace hardware portfolio after signing a full-line authorised distributor agreement with PennAero, strengthening its global supply chain capabilities for the aerospace and defence sectors.

The agreement, announced at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, appoints FDH Aero as an authorised distributor for PennAero’s complete range of fastening solutions, further enhancing the company’s ability to support OEMs, MRO providers and defence customers with critical aerospace hardware.

Under the partnership, FDH Aero will distribute PennAero’s entire product portfolio, including Monogram Aerospace, Allfast Fastening Systems, Mac Fasteners and Toronto Fasteners. The expanded offering is expected to improve product availability and streamline access to specialised fastening solutions for customers across global aerospace and defence markets.

PennAero manufactures highly engineered fasteners, precision-machined components and complex assemblies for commercial aerospace, defence, space and advanced energy applications. With engineering and manufacturing operations spanning North America, Europe and Asia, the company supports major airframe and engine manufacturers with components designed for demanding, mission-critical environments.

Robert Loycano, Vice President – Supply Chain at FDH Hardware, said the agreement significantly strengthens FDH Aero’s ability to support customers with critical hardware requirements.

“We are excited to establish this full-line authorised distributor agreement with PennAero. Adding its portfolio to our global hardware offering enhances our ability to provide customers with the product availability, technical support and supply chain execution they need across critical aerospace and defence applications,” Loycano said.

Ryan Kinslow, Chief Executive Officer of PennAero, said the partnership would strengthen the company’s global market reach.

“Aligning with FDH Aero as our trusted distribution partner is an important step in expanding our worldwide presence. Their supply chain expertise, established customer relationships and global footprint will help ensure our highly engineered fastening solutions are available wherever and whenever customers require them for their critical applications,” Kinslow said.

The agreement reflects the growing importance of resilient and diversified aerospace supply chains as aircraft production rates increase and aftermarket demand continues to rise. For the MRO sector, reliable access to certified aerospace fasteners and precision-engineered components remains essential for maintaining fleet availability, supporting maintenance activities and ensuring uninterrupted operations across commercial and defence aviation.
