ExecuJet MRO services expand Falcon 7X maintenance capability in Sydney

ExecuJet MRO Services Australasia is expanding its Falcon maintenance capabilities in Sydney through new investments in specialist tooling, technical training, and engineering resources to support upcoming heavy maintenance work on Dassault Falcon 7X aircraft.

The company is preparing to perform Falcon 7X C-checks, with the first heavy maintenance projects scheduled to begin in October 2026. C-checks are the most extensive scheduled maintenance events for the Falcon 7X and are required every eight years or 4,000 flight cycles, whichever occurs first.

To support the expanded capability, ExecuJet is investing in additional Falcon 7X tooling and ground support equipment specifically required for heavy maintenance inspections. The company is also enhancing its workforce by sending two Sydney-based engineers to FlightSafety International in Paris for advanced Falcon 7X airframe and systems training.

Further strengthening its technical expertise, ExecuJet is recruiting an experienced Falcon 7X engineer from the Middle East to join its Sydney operation. The additional resources are intended to support increasing Falcon maintenance demand while building long-term in-country expertise for operators across Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Grant Ingall, Regional Vice President Australasia at ExecuJet MRO Services, said growing demand for Falcon aircraft support is driving the company’s investment strategy.

“We are seeing growing demand for Falcon support in this part of the world, particularly for the larger aircraft types,” said Ingall. “Investing in Falcon 7X training, tooling and technical capability allows us to provide operators with more comprehensive support locally.”

The expansion follows recent Falcon maintenance successes in Australia. ExecuJet recently completed a Falcon 2000 C-check that also included a full aircraft repaint carried out in partnership with aircraft painting specialist Douglas Aerospace. The company has also secured a second Falcon 2000 C-check scheduled for later this year.

According to Ingall, Sydney is becoming an increasingly important maintenance hub for Falcon operators in the region.

“Sydney is becoming an increasingly important Falcon support location for us,” he said. “The combination of skilled people, investment in tooling and growing operator demand gives us a strong platform to further develop our Falcon maintenance capability.”

ExecuJet MRO Services Australasia provides line and base maintenance services for a wide range of business aircraft operators across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific market.
