ExecuJet MRO Services Belgium secures EASA and FAA approval for Falcon 6X maintenance

ExecuJet MRO Services Belgium has received approval from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to perform both line and heavy maintenance on the Dassault Falcon 6X, expanding its capabilities for the latest-generation business jet.

The company has also been certified by the civil aviation authorities of Bermuda, Aruba and Guernsey, enabling it to provide line and heavy maintenance services for Falcon 6X operators registered under those jurisdictions.

In a further boost to its support capabilities, ExecuJet MRO Services Belgium’s Dassault MRO GoTeam approval has been expanded to include Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support for the Falcon 6X. The additional approval strengthens the global support network available to Falcon 6X operators while reinforcing ExecuJet’s position as an OEM-owned Dassault maintenance provider in Europe.

The Falcon 6X, Dassault Aviation’s flagship business jet currently in production, offers a range of 5,500 nautical miles, enabling non-stop flights from London to destinations across North America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Matthijs Hutsebaut, Regional Vice President for Europe at ExecuJet MRO Services, said the approvals represent an important milestone for the company’s maintenance capabilities.

“EASA and FAA are the world’s two most internationally recognised civil aviation regulators. This approval is significant as it means we are now internationally certified to do line and heavy maintenance on all in-production Falcon aircraft types,” he said.

With more than 30 Falcon 6X aircraft already in service worldwide, demand for maintenance and technical support continues to increase. Hutsebaut added that the combination of OEM-backed expertise and expanded AOG capabilities enables ExecuJet MRO Services Belgium to provide comprehensive maintenance support for Falcon 6X operators globally.
