The Embraer Phenom 100EX business jet enhances cabin comfort, operational versatility, safety, and pilot-centric avionics to provide a superior flying experience.

Embraer has unveiled the Phenom 100EX, a new iteration of the popular Phenom 100 series. With more than 400 of the previous Phenom 100s in operation since 2008, this aircraft has a strong track record and is widely trusted by owner-pilots, private companies, and flight academies, including major carriers like RAF, Emirates, Etihad, and the Finnish Aviation Academy. The Phenom 100EX enhances cabin comfort, operational versatility, safety, and pilot-centric avionics to provide a superior flying experience.

Embraer’s Design DNA has been employed to create a more comfortable cabin. Controls have been integrated into sleek upper tech panels, and the aircraft incorporates sustainable materials. Flush-to-the-wall tables provide extra workspace. Interior enhancements include a baseline side-facing fifth seat and a belted lavatory, increasing passenger capacity. The OvalLite cross-section offers ample head- and legroom, along with a roomy baggage compartment.

“We are proud to announce the Phenom 100EX—an aircraft designed to experience excellence with superior comfort and disruptive technology that enhances safety,” said Michael Amalfitano, President and CEO, Embraer Executive Jets. “This product reimagines the entry-level flight experience, offering enhanced comfort, empowering pilots, and enriching journeys to deliver more value to our customers,” he further added.

The Phenom 100EX features innovative avionics, including a Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS) – a first in its class. ROAAS enhances safety during critical landing phases.

The cockpit offers additional legroom with extended seat tracking and an open-concept design for better communication with the cabin. The avionics suite is based on the renowned Garmin 3000 and includes enhancements like FlightStream 510, automatic 3D volumetric scanning with lightning and hail prediction, stabilized approach, and predictive windshear. The aircraft is known for its high utilization and low maintenance costs. It’s also considered one of the most eco-friendly dual-engine jets on the market.

The Phenom 100EX is triple-certified by ANAC, FAA, and EASA. It’s already sold out for 2024, with the next available delivery date in 2025. This aircraft aims to provide an enhanced entry-level flight experience, offering superior comfort, advanced safety features, and innovative avionics.
