Embraer names Mark Neely as Vice President Freighter for Commercial Aviation Business.

Mark Neely will be responsible for leading Embraer’s growing focus on Passenger to Freighter (P2F) aircraft opportunities and market development.

Embraer, the global aerospace company headquartered in Brazil, has announced the appointment of Mark Neely as Vice President Freighter in its Commercial Aviation division, effective June 1, 2023. In his new role, Mark Neely will be responsible for leading Embraer’s growing focus on Passenger to Freighter (P2F) aircraft opportunities and market development. With extensive experience in both the passenger and freighter markets, Neely is well-positioned to drive the company’s efforts in this area.

Mark Neely will report directly to Martyn Holmes, Chief Commercial Officer of Embraer Commercial Aviation. Previously, he served as Vice President Sales & Marketing and Head of Region for North America, managing some of Embraer’s largest customers and working with major airlines in the US.

Embraer, with its extensive portfolio in Commercial and Executive aviation, Defense & Security, and Agricultural Aviation, is a renowned manufacturer and provider of aircraft and systems. The company also offers services and support to customers after-sales. Since its establishment in 1969, Embraer has delivered over 8,000 aircraft. Impressively, an aircraft manufactured by Embraer takes off approximately every 10 seconds worldwide, transporting more than 145 million passengers annually.
