EASA approval gained by Jet Aviation to support Challenger 604/605/650 aircraft

Jet Aviation has recently obtained approval from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to offer line maintenance to Bombardier Challenger 604/605/650 aircraft from its maintenance facility in Vienna, Austria.

Jet Aviation’s maintenance facility in Vienna is prepared to fully assist Bombardier aircraft owners and operators in the region. The Vienna- based maintenance operation introduced new service for Bombardier’s Challenger 350, Global 5000/6000 Global Express and Global Express XRS series aircraft in October, and has now received EASA approval to offer line maintenance for Bombardier’s advanced Challenger 600 series, such as the Challenger 604/605/650 aircraft.

“Vienna is a major destination for business aviation traffic in Europe and we are determined to continually develop our maintenance capabilities to support the needs of private aircraft owners and operators in the region,” says Dennis Kohr, managing director of Jet Aviation’s MRO and FBO facility Vienna. “These recent approvals attest to our high standards, while our steady service expansion is a demonstration of our commitment to meeting customer requirements when and where needed.”
