Critical Services Group appoints former StandardAero executive Brian Campbell as Operating Partner

StandardAero executive Brian Campbell is all set to join Critical Services Group (CSG) as Operating Partner, bringing more than four decades of commercial and leadership experience to support the company’s expanding portfolio of aviation businesses.

Campbell joins the Boston-based long-term holding company after a 45-year career in the aviation industry, including 12 years at StandardAero, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for the Business Aviation division.

During his tenure at StandardAero, Campbell played a key role in expanding the company’s business aviation aftermarket operations, helping grow the division’s sales portfolio to approximately $1.8 billion in revenue. He was a member of the division’s senior leadership team and contributed to strengthening customer relationships and commercial strategy across global markets.

Prior to StandardAero, Campbell held leadership roles at Hawker Beechcraft and Honeywell, where he built and led sales organizations serving the business and general aviation sectors.

In his new role, Campbell will advise CSG and its portfolio companies on sales strategy, customer engagement, leadership development and business growth, with a particular focus on supporting companies operating in the aviation aftermarket.

“We are thrilled to welcome Brian to Critical Services Group,” said Dustin Zacharias, Managing Partner at CSG. “Few people bring the depth of relationships and commercial insight that Brian has developed over 45 years in this industry. His judgment and his track record of results will be a real asset to our partners and to the companies we support.”

Campbell said the opportunity would allow him to remain closely connected with the aviation industry while helping businesses scale their operations.

The appointment reflects CSG’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capabilities across its aviation investments as demand for experienced aftermarket expertise continues to grow.
