C&L Aviation Group acquires ACLAS Technics.
Over the past several years, C&L Aviation Group has continued its efforts to build support for ATR 42 / ATR 72.

This latest acquisition of ACLAS Technics made by C&L is a continuation of the company’s growth plans which includes expanding its product and service offerings globally.

C&L Aviation Group has announced the purchase of ACLAS Technics, a UK-based company that offers structural component repair and overhaul for multiple aircraft types. This latest acquisition made by C&L is a continuation of the company’s growth plans which includes expanding its product and service offerings globally. ACLAS Technics offers services to a wide range of aircraft such as ATR 42, ATR 72, P-8 Poseidon, B737, B747, B757, B777, A320, A330, and more. C&L Aviation Group is an approved supplier and maintenance facility for aircraft customizations and conversions.

“This is another step in the strategy to provide support for multiple aircraft types and we are very excited by the acquisition of ACLAS,” said Chris Kilgour, CEO of C&L Aviation Group. “ACLAS has a great reputation globally and is known for their quality and dependability,” he further added.

Over the past several years, C&L Aviation Group has continued its efforts to build support for ATR 42 / ATR 72. The company has also made a concerted effort to be one of the leading providers of ATR parts, services, and component repair capabilities around the globe. Being a distributor for many OEM products and creating a PMA part manufacturing program will help C&L to continue increasing its ability to be a full-support partner for ATR Operators. The combined capabilities and infrastructure will benefit ATR operators globally, and additionally, will expand offerings on other aircraft types to operators around the world.
