Boeing has received a US Department of War indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling value of $131 billion to support the F-15 Eagle Crest program.
The contract covers F-15 aircraft production, systems integration, upgrades, and sustainment, including organic depot maintenance aimed at keeping the fleet mission-ready for the US Air Force, Air National Guard, and other Department of War customers.
For the MRO sector, the contract includes new depot-level maintenance capabilities for the F-15 fleet, alongside modernization and sustainment work. The agreement is expected to support the aircraft throughout its service life while integrating upgrades into existing platforms.
The work will be carried out in St. Louis, Missouri, and is scheduled to continue through August 2037. The contract’s initial ordering period runs through August 24, 2031, with an option to extend it through August 24, 2036.

The scope also includes Foreign Military Sales support for F-15 operators in Japan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and Poland. The contract was awarded to Boeing on a sole-source basis.
The long-term agreement provides Boeing with a broad framework to support the F-15 fleet through production, maintenance, modernization, and systems integration. The combination of depot maintenance and upgrade work is expected to remain a key part of sustaining F-15 aircraft operated by the US and international customers.
