Aerospace logistics provider B&H Worldwide has further strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Gillian Haythornthwaite to the position of Non-Executive Director; HR.
Gillian is a senior HR professional with over 30 years’ experience working at Executive and Board level. She runs an independent HR consultancy business specialising in supporting companies to up-skill their HR teams, meet ethical compliance requirements, target and track objectives and develop performance appraisal schemes.
She has previously worked with the B&H Worldwide team on specific projects for a number of years and will now be focused on performance management and corporate culture strategy.
