Aircraft lessor Azorra completed 56 transactions during the third quarter of 2026, reflecting continued activity across its aircraft and engine leasing, trading, and portfolio management operations.
The transactions included signing and extending leases for 17 aircraft and eight engines, purchasing six aircraft, and delivering seven aircraft and eight engines. During the quarter, the company also sold six aircraft, one engine and three airframes.
Among the key developments, Azorra entered into a sale-and-leaseback transaction with an undisclosed airline covering six Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. The arrangement allows the airline to access the aircraft while Azorra adds to its leasing portfolio.
Azorra also signed an agreement with Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer for 20 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion slots, with purchase rights for an additional 10 slots. The agreement provides the lessor with the option to expand its presence in the freighter conversion market as demand for converted aircraft evolves.
