Azorra has expanded its commercial team with the addition of Ashley Xu as Assistant Vice President – Commercial Transactions, effective August 2026.
Xu joined Azorra in August 2026 after serving as Assistant Vice President, Airline Leasing & Sales at BOC Aviation. Her previous role involved originating, structuring, negotiating, and executing aircraft leasing transactions with airline customers across Europe and Africa.
Her experience also includes aircraft pricing, OEM procurement, and transaction management. She began her aviation career at GECAS, where she worked on market research related to passenger-to-freighter (P2F) aircraft conversion opportunities.
Xu has worked in the aircraft leasing sector across Singapore and Dublin, covering commercial and transactional activities across the aircraft leasing lifecycle.
She holds a Master of Science in Aviation Finance from University College Dublin Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from Harbin Institute of Technology.

Xu’s experience in aircraft leasing, procurement, and transaction management adds commercial expertise to Azorra’s aircraft portfolio and leasing activities.
