Aviation Capital Group LLC (ACG) has appointed Jilinda Crowley as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its financial leadership as the company positions itself for its next phase of growth.
Based at ACG’s headquarters in Newport Beach, Crowley will oversee the company’s overall financial strategy and lead its Finance organisation, with responsibility spanning Treasury, Risk, Tax, Accounting, Pricing, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Her appointment brings extensive aviation and aerospace finance experience to ACG at a time when aircraft asset management is increasingly shaped by fleet expansion, aircraft values, financing requirements, maintenance exposure and the evolving aftermarket environment.
Crowley brings more than 20 years of experience across aviation and aerospace finance to her new role. She spent 14 years in senior finance positions at Rolls-Royce, gaining experience within one of the world’s major aerospace and propulsion companies before moving into CFO positions with emerging aviation and aerospace businesses.
Her more recent leadership roles have included Electra Aero, magniX and Skydweller Aero, giving her experience across established aerospace operations as well as companies developing next-generation aviation technologies and business models.
ACG said this combination of experience will add a broader strategic perspective to its executive leadership team as the company evaluates opportunities for future growth.
“We are delighted to welcome Jilinda to our executive team. She brings a wealth of strategic financial leadership experience, as well as a broad perspective gained from across the aviation and aerospace industry,” said Thomas Baker, Chief Executive Officer and President, Aviation Capital Group.
“Her experience working with some of the sector’s most innovative businesses will bring an additional perspective at an important point in our growth journey, as we position the Company to capitalize on the opportunities ahead,” Baker added.
In her new position, Crowley will oversee the financial functions supporting ACG’s aircraft asset-management business. Her responsibilities will cover areas including aircraft pricing, risk management, treasury and financial planning, functions that are closely linked to aircraft acquisition, ownership, leasing and portfolio management.
For aircraft lessors and asset managers, financial strategy increasingly intersects with the operational lifecycle of aircraft, including fleet transitions, maintenance requirements, residual values and changing market conditions. ACG’s latest leadership appointment therefore adds further aviation-specific financial expertise to its senior management structure.

Crowley’s appointment completes the CFO leadership transition and brings a dedicated executive with extensive aviation and aerospace finance experience into the role.
