ASL Aviation Holdings has completed the acquisition of two Boeing 747-400ERF freighter aircraft previously operated under lease within the ASL Group fleet.
The aircraft, MSN 33516 (OE-IFB) and MSN 33945 (OE-IFD), are operated by ASL Airlines Belgium and have been part of the Group’s long-haul freighter fleet.
The acquisition was completed on August 7, 2026, with ownership of both aircraft transferred to ASL Aviation Holdings.

The two Boeing 747-400ERFs will continue supporting ASL’s global air cargo operations, strengthening the Group’s owned freighter portfolio and long-haul cargo capabilities.
The transaction forms part of ASL Aviation Holdings’ broader fleet and asset strategy, as the company continues to invest in its long-haul freighter business and develop its international air cargo platform. The move is also intended to support the long-term operational requirements of ASL’s airlines and customers.
