AMAC Aerospace Turkey has carried out several short-notice maintenance inputs on Dassault Falcon aircraft, including AOG support, troubleshooting, component replacement, and defect rectification at locations in Turkey.
As a Dassault Falcon Authorized Service Center, AMAC Aerospace responds to AOG requests requiring maintenance support at short notice. In one recent case, the company dispatched technicians from Istanbul to Ankara to troubleshoot a Falcon aircraft. The fault was traced to the generator, after which the required replacement part was sourced and installed.
A Dassault Falcon 2000LXS also underwent troubleshooting after the crew received a CAS message indicating low engine pressure. Following the maintenance checks, the issue was rectified, and the anti-ice valve was returned to a satisfactory condition.
Another Falcon 2000 was brought to AMAC Aerospace’s Istanbul facility after the operator reported abnormal brake performance. Troubleshooting identified several fault codes associated with the brake system control unit (BSCU), leading to replacement of the affected components.
Maintenance was also carried out on a Falcon 2000EX EASy following a reported cabin electrical failure. Technicians identified faulty air-conditioning and display-unit battery components and replaced them. During the same maintenance input, technicians traced a fuel leak to a valve and replaced the sump drain valve. The aircraft also received a spare wheel after its tire was found to be worn.
In another case, a new European customer contacted AMAC Aerospace after a water leak was reported during flight. With the aircraft operating to a tight schedule, technicians began troubleshooting immediately and traced the leak to the water filter cartridge. Replacement of the component allowed the aircraft to return to service within a few hours.

The maintenance inputs cover several areas of business jet maintenance, including AOG response, electrical systems, engine-related indications, braking systems, fuel systems, cabin systems, and landing gear components.
The work also highlights the role of short-notice maintenance support in keeping business aircraft available when defects arise during active operations. AMAC Aerospace’s Istanbul facility provides maintenance support for Dassault Falcon aircraft, while the company can also dispatch technicians to aircraft requiring AOG assistance away from its main facility.
