Altitude Engineering has signed a long-term agreement with Xiamen Air to provide scheduled line maintenance for the airline’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner operations at London Heathrow Airport.
The contract covers flight operations beginning in September 2026 and will support Xiamen Air’s new London–Xiamen route. Altitude Engineering will provide routine line maintenance checks and defect rectification for the airline’s B787 fleet at Heathrow.
The maintenance support is intended to cover scheduled line maintenance requirements and address technical defects during the aircraft’s operations at the UK airport.

Altitude Engineering operates 13-line maintenance stations across Europe and provides scheduled maintenance, defect rectification, A-checks, engineering support and on-call assistance for Airbus and Boeing aircraft.

The agreement adds Boeing 787-line maintenance support at Heathrow to Altitude Engineering’s European station network, covering both scheduled maintenance and technical defect rectification for Xiamen Air’s widebody operations.
