AJW Group has appointed Louis Philippe Mallette as the new CEO of AJW Technique, strengthening the leadership of its Montreal-based maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business.
In his new role, Mallette will oversee the strategic and operational direction of AJW Technique while working closely with Clyde Buntrock, CEO of AJW Aviation. The collaborative leadership structure is designed to enhance coordination across AJW Group’s global operations and reinforce the company’s integrated approach to delivering aviation support services.
Mallette will report directly to Christopher Whiteside, chairman of AJW Group. His appointment reflects the company’s confidence in his leadership capabilities, strategic vision and extensive experience within the organization.
Commenting on the appointment, Christopher Whiteside said Mallette’s leadership will play an important role in the continued growth of AJW Technique.
