This prestigious certification, granted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), serves as a quality endorsement for airlines that successfully undergo a comprehensive audit covering 1057 control points across eight key areas. These areas encompass quality management systems, safety protocols, organizational structure, aircraft maintenance, flight operations, crew training, ground operations, cargo handling, flight operations control center, and security measures.
