AFI KLM E&M, which already supplies aircraft maintenance services for the entire Air Mauritius Airbus fleet, has signed a contract with the Mauritius carrier to organize power by the hour component support for its ATR 72-500s. The agreement covers the three aircraft already operated by Air Mauritius and may be extended if new aircraft are brought into the fleet.
Top-flight Component services for a long-standing client
Air Mauritius has relied on AFI KLM E&M MRO services for over 15 years and is well acquainted with the quality of its services, as well as with the expertise and local presence of its teams. Under the terms of the new contract, AFI KLM E&M has taken the operational needs of its long-standing client into account to come up with an offer tailored to maximum aircraft availability. The support services accordingly include, in addition to component repairs, dedicated access to the AFI KLM E&M spares pool and the provision of a Main Base Kit.
