AFI KLM E&M has a long history with the Airbus A320 jet notably in the field of component maintenance and repair.

The solutions package designed by AFI KLM E&M for Nile Air will cover an extensive range of components, including accessories and LRUs for CFM56-5B and IAE V2500 engines.

AFI KLM E&M has announced that the company has secured a dedicated Component Support agreement for the fleet of 6 Airbus A320-200 aircraft belonging to Nile Air, the largest private airline in Egypt. The solutions package designed by AFI KLM E&M for Nile Air will cover an extensive range of components, including various key models such as accessories and LRUs for CFM56-5B and IAE V2500 engines. The young Egyptian airline has enlisted AFI KLM E&M’s expertise to boost the performance and availability of its A320-200 aircraft.

As such, in addition to repairs, the services provided to Nile Air will include access to a spare parts pool and the availability of a Main Base Kit (MBK) within local reach of the customer’s facilities. Throughout its previous collaborations with Nile Air in Component/ Engine/ APU support, AFI KLM E&M has demonstrated the superior levels of quality and reliability offered by its services, to the customer’s great satisfaction.
