Aergo Capital acquires two Boeing 737-800 Aircraft  

Aergo Capital Limited has acquired two Boeing 737-800 aircraft, serial numbers 40308 and 34989, from SMBC Aviation Capital.

Aergo Capital acquires two Boeing 737-800s from SMBC Aviation; Aircraft on lease to Korean Carrier T’way.

Aergo Capital Limited has successfully acquired two Boeing 737-800 aircraft. These aircraft, with manufacturer serial numbers 40308 and 34989, were acquired from SMBC Aviation Capital. Currently, the aircraft are on lease to T’way, a Korean low-cost carrier.

Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP served as lead counsel for Aergo Capital Limited, while McCann Fitzgerald, LLP acted as lead counsel for SMBC Aviation Capital. Additionally, MUFG served as the sole lender for this transaction.
