AerFin has acquired three A320ceo jets from Wings Capital Partners, which are particularly attractive for parting out worldwide due to their MSN being 5000 and above.

AerFin has strengthened its Airbus A320 inventory by acquiring three A320ceo aircraft from Wings Capital Partners. These aircraft are particularly attractive for parting out worldwide due to their Manufacturer Serial Numbers (MSN) being 5000 and above. This acquisition further enhances AerFin’s existing inventory and provides immediate access to the latest generation Airbus and CFM International hardware. These assets will likely be used to support airlines and MROs globally by supplying them with vital components, helping to reduce maintenance costs and keep aircraft in service.

AerFin is a prominent specialist in aircraft and engine component support services and MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) solutions. The company maintains an extensive inventory to support airlines and MRO customers worldwide, offering quality used serviceable inventory to help reduce maintenance costs. AerFin has a strong track record in the aviation industry and remains dedicated to its mission of providing sustainable aftermarket solutions to its global partners.

Oliver James, Vice President of Trading, AerFin said, “This acquisition will further enhance our existing inventory holding and will provide immediate access to latest generation Airbus and CFM hardware. We are proud to have concluded this acquisition with the Wings team and would like to thank everyone involved in making this transaction a success.”

With a specific focus on narrow-body and regional E-Jet aircraft, AerFin provides various services, including Power By the Hour (PBH) support packages for airlines, engine and APU leasing, and innovative material supply programs for MROs and operators. The company also offers engine disassembly and MRO services for CF34, CFM, and RR engines from its UK-based technical facility.

Gwyn Scourfield, Wings Capital Partners said, “This transaction marks the sale of the last three aircraft that were off lease in the aircraft portfolio that has been managed by Wings Capital Partners.  It has been a pleasure to transact with the team at AerFin who ensured a smooth transition in a timely manner.”
