AerFin has expanded its Boeing 777 component inventory at its Miami facility, strengthening aftermarket support for airlines and MRO providers across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.
The move is designed to improve access to critical 777 components as operators continue to manage maintenance demands, maximise fleet availability and navigate ongoing supply chain challenges. By positioning inventory closer to customers, the company aims to reduce lead times and minimise reliance on shipments from other global locations.
The expansion reflects AerFin’s growing focus on the widebody aftermarket. Since 2021, the company has acquired 179 aviation assets, including 64 aircraft and 115 engines, significantly expanding its portfolio. Recent acquisitions of Boeing 777-300ER aircraft have further strengthened its widebody offering alongside its established Airbus A330 inventory.
“The Americas remains a key market for widebody operations, and operators need dependable access to material to keep aircraft available and costs under control. Our growing 777 inventory in Miami allows us to respond quickly to customer requirements while providing the local support and expertise our customers value,” said Jacqueline Fernandez, Senior Vice President, Americas, AerFin.
While AerFin has traditionally built its business around narrowbody and regional aircraft support, the company has steadily expanded its capabilities in the widebody aftermarket to meet evolving customer requirements. The additional inventory will support component replacement and maintenance activities as Boeing 777 fleets continue operating across global networks.

“The 777 continues to be an important platform for airlines around the world, and our investment reflects both current demand and long-term market confidence. By building inventory and positioning it close to our customers, we’re helping operators access quality material faster while benefiting from the flexibility and support that comes with partnering with AerFin,” said James Bennett, Chief Commercial Officer, AerFin.
AerFin’s Miami warehouse and regional office will continue serving customers throughout the Americas, reinforcing the company’s ability to provide faster aftermarket support for Boeing 777 operators and maintenance providers.
