Aviation Capital Group (ACG) has delivered the first of four Airbus A321neo aircraft to Wizz Air under a new sale-and-leaseback (SLB) agreement.
The aircraft was delivered at the Airbus Delivery Centre in Toulouse and is powered by Pratt & Whitney GTF engines. Once all four aircraft are delivered, ACG will have 16 A321neos on lease to Wizz Air.
Carter A. White, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at ACG, said, “ACG is delighted to expand our partnership with Wizz Air through this latest transaction. Providing fleet financing at scale is central to how we support our airline customers, and we are pleased to help drive Wizz’s continued growth. The remaining three aircraft are expected to follow in quick succession, and we look forward to completing their delivery.”

The remaining three A321neos are expected to be delivered shortly, completing the latest SLB mandate.
