AAR signs two multi-year contracts with Moog Inc. for future collaborations.
AAR’s component repair facilities will receive Moog's support for manufactured piece parts and repair capabilities, reciprocally extending components to Moog from AAR.

The first contract establishes AAR as a global distributor of Moog products applicable to well-established jet and second facilitates mutual component repair services between AAR and Moog.

AAR CORP., a prominent aviation services provider, has entered into two significant multi-year commercial agreements with Moog Inc. a leading manufacturer in motion and fluid control technologies. These agreements mark the initial steps in a strategic collaboration, with the potential for future expansion in the range of services offered. AAR is a dynamic global player in the aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions industry, operating across more than 20 countries. With its headquarters based in the Chicago region, AAR serves a diverse clientele of both commercial and government entities through its four distinct operating segments: Parts Supply, Repair & Engineering, Integrated Solutions, and Expeditionary Services.

Lisa Domanowski-de Jong, General Manager of Commercial Aftermarket business, Moog said, “We are delighted to sign this reciprocal agreement with AAR for aftermarket repairs and distribution. We look forward to continuing to develop our relationship with AAR and build upon these agreements for the benefit of both parties.”

The first agreement establishes AAR as a global distributor of Moog products applicable to well-established aircraft platforms. This new original equipment manufacturer (OEM) relationship complements AAR’s existing product portfolio and its extensive customer network. Concurrently, Moog stands to benefit from AAR’s value-added services, which encompass a proximity-to-customer model that ensures the efficient delivery of inventory to end customers, aligning with Moog’s commitment to simplification.

The second agreement facilitates mutual component repair services between AAR and Moog. AAR’s component repair facilities will receive Moog’s support for manufactured piece parts and repair capabilities, reciprocally extending components to Moog from AAR.
