AAR CORP., has announced the election of Jeffrey N. Edwards to its Board of Directors with immediate effect expanding AAR’s Board from 11 to 12 Director positions.

AAR CORP., a renowned provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, has announced the election of Jeffrey N. Edwards to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. This appointment expands AAR’s Board from 11 to 12 Director positions.

Bringing over 40 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, Jeffrey N. Edwards, aged 63, joins AAR’s Board with a wealth of expertise. As Partner and Vice Chairman of New Vernon Capital, Mr. Edwards is deeply involved in prioritizing the firm’s clients, with a focus on managing investment portfolios, operations, and driving business development initiatives.

In addition to his role at AAR, Mr. Edwards currently serves as the Lead Independent Director for Raymond James Financial, Inc., and as Chair of the Audit, Finance, and Risk Committee for American Water Works Company, Inc. Both of these companies are included in the S&P 500 index, underscoring Mr. Edwards’ extensive experience and credibility in corporate governance and financial oversight.
