AAR CORP has partnered with Cebu Pacific to supply surplus material for the CFM International CFM56-5B engine where AAR will support Cebu Pacific’s 30 CFM56-5B scheduled shop visits planned for the duration of the contract.

AAR CORP., a renowned provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, has solidified its partnership with Cebu Pacific by signing a multi-year agreement to supply surplus material for the CFM International CFM56-5B engine. Under this agreement, AAR will support Cebu Pacific’s 30 CFM56-5B scheduled shop visits planned for the duration of the contract. This collaboration aims to enhance the availability of parts and maximize value for Cebu Pacific through the utilization of surplus material.

AAR, a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company headquartered in the Chicago area, operates in over 20 countries and serves commercial and government customers through four operating segments: Parts Supply, Repair & Engineering, Integrated Solutions, and Expeditionary Services.

Cebu Pacific, known as the Philippines’ leading airline, commenced operations on March 8, 1996, pioneering the “low fare, great value” strategy. Since its inception, Cebu Pacific has served over 200 million passengers. The airline boasts the widest domestic network in the Philippines, with 35 domestic destinations, and operates flights to 25 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
