SMBC Aviation Capital delivers four A321 aircraft out of eight to Delta Air Lines

SMBC Aviation Capital recently delivered the fourth out of eight Airbus A321 aircraft to Delta Air Lines.
The high reliability, long on-wing life, and low maintenance costs of the CFM56-5 engines makes them extremely popular with leasing companies, low-cost carriers, and major airlines worldwide.

The A 321 is equipped with highly reliable and low maintenance CFM56-5 engines

1st February 2021: SMBC Aviation Capital recently delivered the fourth out of eight Airbus A321 aircraft to Delta Air Lines. The aircraft is equipped with two CFM56-5B3/3 engines. The high reliability, long on-wing life, and low maintenance costs of the CFM56-5 engines makes them extremely popular with leasing companies, low-cost carriers, and major airlines worldwide.

Apart from this these engines offer most experience in the customization offers to match airlines unique financial and business models from fleet risk transfer programs to individual events. The global on-wing, off-wing engine overhaul and repair capabilities are to lower cost and increase maintenance access and asset availability

Prior to this delivery, the third aircraft was delivered just a week back on 21st January 2021 and the first two aircraft were delivered on 14th to 19th January 2021 respectively.
