C&L Aviation Services Enhances Component Repair Facility with Cutting-Edge Capabilities
This expansion places C&L among a select group of U.S. repair stations equipped to provide specialized services for landing gear, wheels, and brakes in the regional aftermarket.

C&L Aviation Services has introduced an in-house capability for landing gear overhauls and wheel and brake repair services.  The upgraded wheel and brake capabilities allow repair and overhaul services for both regional and corporate aircraft.

This expansion places C&L among a select group of US repair stations equipped to provide specialized services for landing gear, wheels, and brakes in the regional aftermarket. The company’s sister organization, C&L Aerospace, ensures rapid turnaround times for exchanges on these components, enhancing overall service efficiency for customers.

With the addition of landing gear rating, C&L is now equipped to perform comprehensive overhauls for ERJ 140/145 and Citation series aircraft. The facility will soon extend these capabilities to include the E190 and Boeing 737 models, further broadening its service range. Alongside this, the new wheels and brakes capabilities enable C&L to offer extensive repair and overhaul services for both regional and corporate aircraft.

Felipe Garcia, component shop manager, C&L Aviation Services, stated: “The acquisition of this new rating and the expansion of our capabilities reflect C&L’s commitment to delivering robust aftermarket support across diverse aviation sectors. The addition of in-house landing gear repair complements our existing exchange gear services, enhancing our comprehensive service offerings.”
