C&L Aerospace to sell REX Airlines’ Boeing 737 Inventory

C&L Aerospace to sell REX Airlines' Boeing 737 Inventory
The inventory, encompassing over 100,000 individual parts, will be marketed through C&L’s global sales network and will be available for inspection and purchase.

The sale arises due to REX Airlines entering administration, resulting in their Boeing 737 fleet being decommissioned and the associated inventory becoming available.

C&L Aerospace has announced the execution of a sales agreement for Boeing 737 Next Generation (737NG) inventory previously owned by REX Airlines, facilitated through Ernst & Young.

The inventory includes a range of critical components such as a CFM56-7 engine, an auxiliary power unit (APU), landing gear assemblies, and various other high-demand parts intended for the support of REX’s now-grounded fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The sale arises due to REX Airlines entering administration, resulting in their Boeing 737 fleet being decommissioned and the associated inventory becoming available.

Chris Kilgour, CEO, C&L Aviation Group, said, “With our roots in Australia, we have a long-standing relationship with REX, it was a natural fit for C&L to handle the disposal of these assets. With more than 5,000 active 737NG aircraft in operation globally, this inventory is highly sought after.
