StandardAero has taken a significant step forward in enhancing its military engine MRO services with the acquisition of Aero Turbine Inc.,  a distinguished provider in the field, from Gallant Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. This strategic deal with Gallant Capital marks StandardAero’s 13th acquisition since 2015.

Aero Turbine Inc., a comprehensive provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services and consultive repair solutions for military engines and accessories, is an FAA-certified repair station specializing in J85, J69, and J79 engines and accessories that power a range of military aircraft, including the T-2, T-37, T-38, F-5, A-37, F-4, and BAE Hawk. The company is known for its innovative repair solutions and its ability to support both legacy and specialty engines, serving a diverse clientele that includes the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, Magellan Aerospace, ATAC (a Textron company), and various foreign military customers.
