StandardAero has taken a significant step forward in enhancing its military engine MRO services with the acquisition of Aero Turbine Inc., a distinguished provider in the field, from Gallant Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. This strategic deal with Gallant Capital marks StandardAero’s 13th acquisition since 2015.

The company is known for its innovative repair solutions and its ability to support both legacy and specialty engines, serving a diverse clientele that includes the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, Magellan Aerospace, ATAC (a Textron company), and various foreign military customers.
