With the FATAOC in hand, BBN Airlines Indonesia is now positioned to broaden its service offerings, including ACMI leasing, air charter flights, and air freight services, across Australia. 

BBN Airlines Indonesia is marking a major milestone with its recent acquisition of a Foreign Air Transport Air Operators Certificate (FATAOC) from Australia’s Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). This new regulatory approval empowers the airline to operate within Australian airspace, signaling a significant expansion of its commercial capabilities in the Australian and Asian markets.

Martynas Grigas, Chairman, BBN Airlines Indonesia, said, “I am excited to receive our FATAOC from the Australian CASA to further expand our capabilities serving the region, This FATAOC dramatically increases our capabilities in the Asia-Pacific Region.”

With the FATAOC in hand, the airline is now positioned to broaden its service offerings, including ACMI leasing, air charter flights, and air freight services, across Australia. This strategic move aims to bolster interconnectivity within the Asia-Pacific region, aligning with the company’s commitment to expanding its network and enhancing service quality.

Grigas further added, “The launch of these new operations shows that BBN Airlines Indonesia is committed to working closely with regulatory authorities and following aviation laws and regulations in all operations, With the FATAOC now secured, BBN Airlines Indonesia is officially certified to comply with international safety and security standards.
