Air New Zealand has partnered with Unilode Aviation Solutions to provide the airline with a full-service, unit load device (ULD) management solution. The partnership will allow Air New Zealand to leverage Unilode’s digital containers and pallets, e-ULD app, and customer dashboard, gaining access to enhanced data analytics and operational efficiencies.

Unilode will provide ULD management to the airline, repair, and digital services for Air New Zealand’s flights across its global network, and carry out MRO services in Auckland, Christchurch, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane.Air New Zealand General Manager Cargo, Anne Dunne, explains the airline is looking forward to partnering with Unilode to provide a better experience for customers, employees, and the wider cargo ecosystem.

Under this new partnership, Unilode will manage Air New Zealand’s fleet of ULDs, providing advanced tracking, maintenance, and repair services. Unilode’s advanced technology and extensive network will ensure that Air New Zealand’s ULD operations are more reliable. In addition to the ULD management agreement, Air New Zealand has also chosen Unilode for galley cart repairs.
