AerFin acquires global Headquarters at St. Modwen Park, Newport 
The agreement effectively doubles AerFin’s engine MRO capacity to approximately 200 quick-turn shop visits annually and increases its storage capacity in the UK by a third.

AerFin global Headquarters will accommodate activities such as engine disassembly MRO, alongside conventional warehousing and logistics operations.

AerFin has entered into a 10-year lease agreement with St. Modwen Logistics for a new 115,000 sq ft facility at St. Modwen Park, Newport. This site will serve as AerFin’s global headquarters starting in late 2024, designed specifically for advanced aviation aftermarket services. The facility will accommodate activities such as engine disassembly, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), alongside conventional warehousing and logistics operations. This agreement effectively doubles AerFin’s engine MRO capacity to approximately 200 quick-turn shop visits annually and storage capacity in the UK by a third.

Furthermore, the approximately 5,600 sq ft of high-specification office space provides a contemporary and comfortable setting to support AerFin’s ongoing expansion of global commercial operations. The facility aims to enhance employee experience while achieving net zero carbon operations through reduced energy consumption.

from July 2024, St. Modwen Logistics’ portfolio of assets will become part of Indurent, a new pure-play UK logistics champion. The business will have more than 200 assets totaling 26 million sq ft of logistics space.
