TP Aerospace signs new Agreement with Croatia Airlines
TP Aerospace will undertake MRO services specifically tailored to meet Croatia Airlines’ A220 wheel maintenance needs, commencing at the outset of July 2024.

After 5 years of successful A320 wheel & brake maintenance through a CFR agreement, TP Aerospace won a tender for A220 wheel maintenance for Croatia Airlines’ fleet.

TP Aerospace has entered into a new MRO Service Agreement with Croatia Airlines, a prominent Star Alliance member, to support their Airbus A220 platform.  TP Aerospace will undertake MRO services specifically tailored to meet Croatia Airlines’ A220 wheel maintenance needs.  The MRO Service Agreement on A220 wheels is planned to start in the beginning of July2024. These services will primarily be conducted at TP Aerospace’s state-of-the-art facility located in Brno, Czech Republic.

Tomislav Imprić, Technical Director at Croatia Airlines said, “Croatia Airlines is happy to announce the widening of our cooperation with TP Aerospace. After 5 years of successful A320 wheel & brake maintenance through a CFR agreement, they won a tender for A220 wheel maintenance for Croatia Airlines’ fleet”.

TP Aerospace is the leading aftermarket supplier of wheels and brakes. it offers all commercial, charter, and cargo operators a simple alternative to traditional component management.

Tomislav Imprić the Technical Director at Croatia Airlines said, “Croatia Airlines is looking forward to getting the same quality and service standard as we have on the current A320 Agreement. That will help us with a smooth and safe start of operating the A220 as a new type of aircraft in Croatia Airlines’ fleet. Croatia Airlines plans to perform fleet transition and become single type operator by 2027 with a fleet consisting of 15 A220 aircraft”.

Croatia Airlines, an established client of TP Aerospace under an A320 Cycle-Flat-Rate program, has extended its partnership with a new contract for the A220. This expanded agreement enhances TP Aerospace’s global operational capacity by incorporating the A220 platform into its services.

Global Programs Director, Philip Hansen said, “To have an existing Program customer sign an additional agreement with TP Aerospace is a testament to the service and quality we provide. Additionally, it is a testament to TP Aerospace’s continuous business growth and capabilities by adding additional platforms to our pool of service”.
