ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East, a subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, has completed a comprehensive maintenance project on a Global 6000 aircraft, showcasing its expertise in cabin interior refurbishment, installation of a new satcom system, and an airframe heavy maintenance check. The latter, occurring every 120 months, includes a full landing gear overhaul, making it one of the most substantial maintenance tasks for a Global 6000.

The Global 6000 project included airframe-specific work, such as a service bulletin requiring upper skin removal and rib replacement for the inboard flaps. ExecuJet, having performed over 38 such flap repairs, possesses the specialized tooling and expertise for the task, including sheet-metal and composite structural repairs.

“A few years ago, clients in the Middle East would send these projects – a very heavy maintenance check coupled with a major cabin refurbishment – to MRO companies in Europe, but these projects are now coming here to Dubai,” said Nick Weber, Regional VP Middle East, ExecuJet MRO Services. “Clients recognize that we have the capacity – including available slots – allowing us to be flexible in meeting client needs. And we have the manpower and expertise to deliver to the highest quality. Our highly trained engineering teams enjoy a wealth of experience on the Global and Challenger family of business jets,” he further added.

With over 20 years of presence in Dubai, ExecuJet has become a trusted MRO provider for Challenger and Global operators in the region. The company holds certifications from international regulators, including the US FAA and EASA, for line and heavy maintenance on Global aircraft, extending up to the 180-month/5,000-hour/7,500-landing inspection.

“ExecuJet is performing, on a regular basis, major scheduled maintenance checks on Global aircraft, along with major avionics upgrades and interior refurbishments,” Nick Weber, Regional VP Middle East, ExecuJet MRO Services“ExecuJet has 20 Global B1 rated engineers and five Global rated B2 engineers on permanent staff in Dubai,” he further added.
