Airbus supports ‘Make in India’ with component procurement from local suppliers

In a significant move aligning with the Government of India’s ‘AatmaNirbhar Bharat’ vision, Airbus has inked contracts with multiple Indian suppliers for the manufacturing of components crucial for its commercial aircraft.

Rémi Maillard, President and Managing Director of India and South Asia, Airbus said, “Make in India is at the core of Airbus’ strategy in India.
