Ontic, a leading licensee and manufacturer of sophisticatedly designed parts for the global aerospace and defense industries, has signed a licensing deal with Curtiss-Wright’s Sensors Division for aircraft engine fan products for military and commercial platforms. High-performance fans and blowers are employed to cool critical systems.

This product line, which is currently produced at Curtiss-Wright’s Sensors Division location in Gilbert, Arizona, will move to Ontic’s freshly renovated Chatsworth factory in California, utilizing their vast and current manufacturing capacity in conjunction with other superior fan and blower technologies and other coordinating product lines.

Gareth Blackbird, Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Ontic, said,  “We’re very pleased to be bringing this significant license investment to our Chatsworth facility in California, where we continue to invest and grow following recent investment and refurbishment of the facilities. Ontic has long been a partner of Curtiss-Wright and we’re pleased to bring new investment to this product line.”
