Commercial aerospace firm GA Telesis, LLC has announced the appointment of industry veteran Jim Sokol as Vice President of Sales – Americas for the Flight Solutions Group (FSG). In this new role, Jim Sakol will support GA Telesis’ global ecosystem by providing the highest level of team leadership and customer advocacy. Jim will lead the GA Telesis Americas sales team and will aim to bring a superior level of established integrity, aviation acumen, customer relationship, and operational experience.

Jim Sakol will work to support the Flight Solutions Group’s commitment towards expanding GA Telesis’ footprint in the aviation industry. Jim Sokol joined GA Telesis in July 2022 with experience of 40 plus years in the aviation industry after successfully completing executive leadership in the airline, MRO, and transportation sectors. Jim joins the already existing FSG team and brings a proficient knowledge of operational aviation backgrounds along with established relationships across the aviation industry and a proven impact with customers around the world. Sokol believes in helping his customers simplify results, improve asset availability, and deliver on the necessary strategies of focusing on their core competencies while improving airline bottom line CASM results.
