The Greater Rockford (Illinois) Airport Authority announced that five local banks will extend a $17 million line of credit to permit construction of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) project at the airport to be completed on time.
The $41 million dollar AAR Corp. MRO project will bring more than 500 jobs to the region, making it one of the area’s largest employers, the authority said.
