Peregrine and Lee Aerospace to provide ACA installation data and STC for Challenger 600 Series

11 June 2021: Peregrine and Lee Aerospace have partnered to deliver Aviation Clean Air (ACA) system installation data and Supplemental Type Certificates (STC’s) for the Challenger 600 Series of aircraft. The ACA pathogen disinfection technology eradicates the COVID-19 virus.Challenger aircraft are equipped with fresh air systems that deliver 100 percent outside air with leading cabin air replacement rates. The ACA ionization technology offers an added layer of protection in the cabin.

The STC and installation hardware kit for Challenger 600 series aircraft are available exclusively from Peregrine and can also be purchased and installed at Bombardier Service Centers or qualified Part 145 repair stations.

Peregrine-developed STC’s for the ACA system are also available for aftermarket installation in the Citation 560XL, Gulfstream G-IV and GIV-SP models, Falcon 50 and 900, and the Bombardier CL600 series family. Peregrine expects to announce additional air certification agency validations for these STCs to support greater accessibility to this technology.
